Refund Policy

At DesignCraftive we are committed to delivering high quality work and a great client experience. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned and this policy outlines how we handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

Project Deposits

All projects require a deposit before work begins. This deposit covers the initial research, strategy, planning and design work that goes into every project. Deposits are non-refundable once the
project has started and work has been delivered or presented to the client.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • You paid for a service but DesignCraftive has not yet started any work on your project
  • There has been a duplicate or incorrect charge on your account
  • DesignCraftive is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances on our end

Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Work has already been started, delivered or presented to the client in any form
  • The client has changed their mind after work has begun
  • Delays caused by the client such as late feedback, missing content or lack of communication
  • The client is unhappy with the direction after approving the initial concepts
  • Completed and delivered projects that have been approved by the client
  • Rush fees, third party costs or software licenses purchased on behalf of the client

Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund we encourage all clients to use their included revision rounds. Every project at DesignCraftive includes a set number of revisions outlined in your project agreement. We genuinely want you to love the work and we will do everything we can to get it right before considering a refund request.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@designcraftive.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  • Include your full name, project name and the reason for your request
  • Our team will review your request within 5 to 7 business days
  • If approved your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method

Subscription and Retainer Services

For clients on monthly retainer or subscription based service plans cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for the current active billing period. You will continue to receive services until the end of the paid period.

Disputes

We always prefer to resolve any issues directly and professionally. If you have a concern about your project or payment please reach out to us first before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are always happy to talk things through and find a fair solution for everyone involved.
